Our approach to health and nutrition has a key focus on avoiding and minimizing exposures to toxins in our foods and our environment. The goal is to achieve long lasting health through functional and integrative care with a focus on the Whole YOU!!
The first steps are....
Set up an appointment and begin recording a few days (3) of your eating habits. Send us any relevant medical history, recent bloodwork, and complete our health and wellness questionnaire.
During your Initial consult....
We spend the initial session getting to know YOU!!!! We will develop a preliminary treatment plan based on your personal goals, food/diet preferences and lifestyle.
Initial consults will be done in office or via telehealth sessions through Healthie EMR. They typically last for about 60-90 minutes. An email will be sent to you 24 hours after your initial session with details regarding YOUR treatment plan and any other personalized recommendations.

Record 3 days worth of food logs. Send us your bloodwork /medical history and complete a health and wellness questionnaire.
3. Set up initial consult
60-90 minute session. Will be followed by email from Margaret with personalized treatment plan/recommendations and goals.
4. Follow up sessions
Customized to individual needs. Typically 30-45 minutes weekly/biweekly for the first 6 months but does vary based on patient.
