Hola, I’m Margaret...
I am passionate about achieving long lasting health and wellness through lifestyle. As a child I had a profound desire to determine ways to accomplish not only disease prevention BUT also HEALING. This lead me to study the impact of nutrition and our environment on overall wellbeing and improving quality of life. As an avid runner since high school I learned very early that to perform well you must properly fuel your body in all ways. My vision of REAL HEALTH is built upon the notion that we must focus on the Whole Body versus any single part alone. That being said our bodies need plant powered foods, movement, and less exposure to processed foods or environmental toxins. I work with clients closely to enable them to better respond to their individual needs. EveryBODY is unique and individual needs vary based on genetics and other factors. Individualized care specifically tailored to each client is critical to achieve lasting health benefits. Our bodies are not one
size fits all and nutrition coaching guidance shouldn’t be either. Your health goals may change overtime and we are dedicated to helping you achieve each one with stride.
